As Rogue One: A Star Wars Story nears its release date, more details about the movie are being revealed. Yesterday, we reported about new details on Felicity Jones and Jiang Wen's characters. Now, there's new information about the film's products' packaging as well as the squad.
The former info comes from Twitter user Justin Lasalata. According to one of his most recent tweets, he has glimpsed the packaging for Rogue One and the details are shown as follows:
This news aligns with one of our reports about Rogue One a few weeks ago about a white-caped character rumored to be one of the movie's villains. Now it appears we're seeing the "elderly male" character on the packaging alongside Darth Vader and the team of rebels. These Rogue One products are expected to be revealed at the San Diego Comic Con at the latest, and hopefully they will come with new trailers of the film.
As for the latter info, the rumor comes from website Making Star Wars. According to the site, the black Stormtroopers in Rogue One are part of an exclusive group called the "Death Squad."

The site also mentioned a new trooper called "Pinnacle Trooper," whose details currently remain a mystery. Right now, we know of the Scarab Trooper, Pinnacle Trooper, and black Stormtroopers in the Death Squad.
With this wide array of troopers, the Empire looks more frightening than ever. It looks like we're going to see a huge battle in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
The film is slated for release on December 16, 2016.
