Star Wars Millennium Falcon is Hidden Near A Golf Course in England


The Millennium Falcon was recently on Google Earth parked near a golf course in Surrey, in the South of England, the Daily Mail reports.

What's Han Solo's famous ship doing there? Now that filming for Rian Johnson's Star Wars: The Last Jedi has wrapped, and part of the filming took place in Longcross Studios in Surrey, it looks like the production team decided to hide the ship outdoors until filming begins for Episode IX.

You can check out the Google Earth satellite photo of the Falcon below:

As you can see above, the ship, covered in tarpaulin, is surrounded with what appears to be shipping containers. However, thanks to the birds-eye-view of Google Earth, it's clear that it's the shape of Han Solo's ship currently in the hands of Chewbacca and Rey following the events of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be released in theaters on December 15, 2017.
