Star Wars: Mark Hamill Trolls George Lucas In Awesome TBT Photo With Carrie Fisher

Do you still remember the moment you found out the exact moment when you realized that Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa were twins? A new photo reportedly shows the exact moment when Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher discovered that their characters are actually siblings. Not surprisingly, the image was shared by Hamill himself as a way to troll Star Wars creator George Lucas.

Hamill posted the picture on his official Twitter page. Interestingly, the photo is described as having been taken when Hamill and Fisher were told about the plot twist. However, the Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker actor revealed that it was a completely different moment. Take a look at the tweet below.

"WRONG. This photo was taken the exact moment that Carrie & I first saw George Lucas' Bank Statement," Hamill wrote.

We couldn't really blame them for the shock considering that Lucas sold Star Wars to Disney for a cool $4 billion back in 2015. OK, OK, so it's the usual Hamill post but it's also an amazing photo showing how the cast had fun while working on the original trilogy.

Both Hamill and Fisher are set to return in The Rise of Skywalker. Fisher, who passed away in 2016, will continue to play Leia Organa through unused footage that were shot for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It is still unclear if Hamill's scenes will show Luke as a Force Ghost or if he will only appear in flashbacks.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker will premiere on December 20.
