There's no doubt that Star Wars is one of the biggest movie franchises in the world, and its reach into pop culture has been cemented for many years to come. One character introduced in 2015's Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Kylo Ren, is apparently turning heads as the name "Kylo" is slowly growing to the one of the most popular names for baby boys in the US.

Originally, the name was ranked #3,269 in 2015, but it has now jumped to the slot #901. It's even close to surpassing Kylo's real name, Ben.

Other baby names that have seen a rise recently are monikers like Creed, Adonis, Fox, and Benicio. Even the name "Kye" is getting a rise.

No doubt more babies will be named Kylo as the Star Wars sequel trilogy is still trudging along. Kylo Ren is considered to be one of the more intriguing characters in The Force Awakens, and a lot of fans are very eager to see where his character arc is moving toward.

For those curious, Kylo isn't the only name to be popular after the release of Force Awakens. A lot of parents have also been naming their daughters "Rey." Sadly, there hasn't been any raise in the ranks for the name of John Boyega's character — I guess no parent wants to name any of their kids "FN-2187."

Kylo Ren returns in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, which comes out Dec. 15.
