With only a few days away until the premiere of The Rise of Skywalker, most Star Wars fans are staying away from anything that could spoil them about the upcoming movie, with others even avoiding to surf the net. However, if you love Star Wars just as much as you love burgers, you might consider what Burger King has to offer.

A spoiler-filled and bizarre ad campaign was launched by Burger King Germany where Star Wars fans could get a free Whopper if they are willing to open the BK app. A button will be shown on the app and once pushed, fans would have to read a The Rise of Skywalker spoiler out loud. This is possible through the app's voice recognition. Once done, fans will be able to earn a free coupon.
In the ad, it seems like real Star Wars fans are seen walking into the specific restaurant where the menu is literally named with spoilers. The decked-out restaurant even has spoilers in the food, containers, straws, cup, and shirts worn by the staff. The interesting part about this ad is that these spoilers are actually from the leaks by Redditor JediPaxis. In addition, it isn't clear if this was actually supported by Disney.
The ad, of course, is originally in German. However, a fan actually translated the video in order for others to understand what the spoilers actually entail. You can check out the original video here, and the translated one here.
Some fans even pointed out that if this was actually supported by Disney, then the spoilers from the leaks could just be fake plot details to throw people off. At the time of this writing, the ad on YouTube is still up.
