There are a lot of things to love about Solo: A Star Wars Story, and one of them is the reintroduction of Darth Maul to the big screen. His reveal was supposed to be a big secret, but with the movie out, we now have some production shots of Rey Park in full costume complete with CGI robot legs.

Though this is Maul's return to the big screen since Phantom Menace, he has been back in the canon for a long while, being resurrected in the animated Clone Wars. His robot legs have seen a lot of transformations too. He started out with spider-legs, to goat-legs, to normal robot legs in Rebels. This looks to be an in-between from the goat legs to the more standard prosthetics.
It even has "toes."
With Solo, Lucasfilm was hoping to continue the story with Maul being revealed to be the big bad of Crimson Dawn. With the film's underperformance at the box office, it looks like the sequel had been put on hold, but a lot of fans online have been petitioning to #MakeSolo2Happen.
If anything, maybe Lucasfilm can give us another miniseries with Disney+ featuring the adventures of Han and Chewie. If a random Mandalorian and Cassian Andor can get their own shows, why can't Han?
Personally, I prefer a theatrical release, but a serialized miniseries could prove to be a lot more fun. I just hope Lucasfilm doesn't skimp on the budget.
