It looks like leaks from Space Jam 2 have started making the rounds online, and if any of these reports ring true, then fans are going to see Joker, and the Mask make their way into the highly anticipated animated sports comedy.
DC fan page DC Uverse just recently posted a couple of pictures that have reportedly been taken from LeBron James Space Jam sequel and it looks like the photos suggest the appearance of Jared Leto's Joker, Pennywise the Clown, and The Mask by Jim Carrey.
While we can't really confirm the validity of these photos yet, fans on Reddit are seemingly confirming the appearance of these clowns and villains, saying that Space Jam 2 is offering quite a number of properties from Warner Brothers' movies.
Other characters that are reportedly appearing in the film are characters from properties like Harry Potter, Wizard of Oz, and The Matrix.
While we've yet to confirm the validity of these leaks, if these reports ring true, then Space Jam 2 could be like LEGO Batman, incorporating all sorts of villains and heroes from Warner Brother's movies. It'd certainly add a different element to the original Space Jam movie which featured characters from the Looney Tunes.
We'll probably get some sort of confirmation once Warner Brothers begins marketing the film – that is unless of course, the studio chooses to keep these characters a surprise for the movie. Let's wait and see.
Space Jam 2 is set to premiere on July 16, 2021.
