Someone From The House Of Representatives Has Been Making Weird Star Wars Wikipedia Edits

It might sound strange, but it seems like someone from Congress has been making a few tweaks on a few Star Wars pages on Wikipedia.

According to a report by Syfy Wire, a bunch of Star Wars' Wikipedia entries were given anonymous edits from computers located in the House of Representatives back on Wednesday and then on Thursday morning this week.

Two Wikipedia entries on "Lightsabers" and "Star Wars Species (P-T)" got a few questionable additions back on Wednesday night.

According to the publication, the "Lightsabers" entry got the most significant edit, with the anonymous House of Representatives Star Wars fan adding in the line "The color of the blade has no bearing on whether or not the wielder is ideologically good or evil, or does lightsaber blade infer the wielder's gender," to the page.

Meanwhile, "The Star Wars Species" entry was also briefly edited to tell everyone that "Porgs are dope." Though the phrase isn't entirely wrong, the subjective phrase "Porgs are dope" has no place in what is supposed to be an internet encyclopedia.

On Thursday morning, Wikipedia's "Kylo Ren" entry was also momentarily updated to "Kylo Ren a snack" at the very beginning of the page. We'd understand the porgs, but it's hard to imagine Supreme Leader Snoke's young apprentice allowing himself to be eaten.

The additions to the pages have since been removed, however it's hard not to wonder who in the world in the House of Representatives has been trolling the Star Wars Wikipedia pages. Guess some people just have a lot of time on their hands.
