The first My Hero Academia film was a fun experience for fans of the franchise since it gave them one more adventure with All Might, which the creator says is canon. While it's far from the best arc in the series, it was a pretty solid story in its own right and it has fans hyped up for a second film.

Now, a key visual for the second My Hero Academia movie has been revealed, showing that the next film will be called My Hero Academia The Movie: Heroes Rising. Not much is known but it does show us Midoriya and Bakugo standing, while All Might can be seen in the distance. We can assume that these two will be the main characters but that's all that can be analyzed from the image.

It will be interesting to see the two together since their recent battle in season 3 made them more like proper rivals. Both of these young heroes idolized All Might and it will be interesting seeing them try to live up to his legacy. Bakugo is also one of the few characters who knows that All Might gave Midoriya his powers so that will likely come into play during the film.

My Hero Academia The Movie: Heroes Rising will be showing in Japan on December 20.
