Ryan Reynolds Shares Cool New Deadpool 2 Poster

If the Deadpool franchise is good at anything, it's their clever marketing strategy. The first movie did a fantastic job with promotion, and the sequel seems to be following suit. Ryan Reynolds shares with us this new parody of Creation of Adam with Cable and Deadpool.

This is just one of many ridiculous pieces of marketing we can expect from the movie. Besides the hilarity behind the material itself, Deadpool has found a fantastic leading man in Ryan Reynolds. Not only is he handsome and fit, he also has the sense of humor to bring Wade Wilson to life.

Here's the synopsis for Deadpool 2 so far:

Wisecracking mercenary Deadpool battles ninjas, the yakuza and a pack of aggressive canines as he embarks on a new adventure.

Though director Tim Miller won't be back to helm this sequel, I think they've found a fantastic replacement in the form of David Leitch. His work on Atomic Blonde was nothing short of spectacular, and I can't wait to see his action chops mixed with that signature Deadpool humor.

Hopefully the Disney/Fox acquisition doesn't meddle too much with the Deadpool franchise. I mean, they can reboot X-Men if you ask me, but Deadpool should be kept the same. Ryan Reynolds is perfect, and he's worked too hard to bring the character to life.

Deadpool 2 is set to hit theaters June 1, 2018.
