Rebel Pilot Tries To Survive in Star Wars Fan Film 'Rebel Scum'

Rebel Scum is a Star Wars fan film created by Blood Brother Cinema, and it follows a Rebel pilot who's forced to survive on the icy planet Hoth. The film was shot on location in  -30°C (-22°F) at Columbia Icefield in Alberta Canada. It's impressive how they try to create nearly all their visual effects without the use of CGI. The AT-AT was animated via stop-motion.  They used models, miniatures, and matte painting to achieve their effects.

Here's a summary:

A Rebellion pilot is hounded by death from the merciless Empire and a frozen grave, after being abandoned during the retreat of the Rebel Alliance from Hoth.
