Promo Art Reveals Mysterio's Full Look for Spider-Man: Far from Home

Probably one of the most anticipated characters for Spider-Man: Far from Home is the onscreen debut of the villain Mysterio, and the trailers give us a short look at the character with his ‘full' fish bowl helmet look. While what we got was a short glimpse at best, some promo material gives us Quentin Beck in full costume.

What a lot of fans love about the look is how close it is to the comic design, from the boxy gauntlets to the green scales. With Beck having a specialty with visual effects, I can't help but think that his suit looks like some kind of complicated rig to get him up and flying around the scene.

Interestingly enough, the trailers are making it look like Mysterio is some kind of hero, with the so-called "Elementals" being the main antagonists of the film, Any comic reader will know that Mysterio has always been made to be the villain, and a lot of fans guess that he's behind the Elementals going on their rampage, swooping in to save the people and reap the glory—much like Syndrome from The Incredibles.

With Far from Home set to come out in July, my guess is that the next trailer will release after Avengers: Endgame. With Marvel keeping a tight lid on the film, it's amazing how they managed to make a trailer for FFH without spoiling anything major.

Catch Spider-Man: Far from Home when it hits theaters July 5.
