Pokemon Twilight Wings Episode 4 English Dub Has Been Delayed

Pokemon Twilight Wings has been an absolute blast for fans of the franchise, giving us some beautiful shorts that focus on some of the new characters from Sword and Shield. Everyone was really looking forward to Pokemon Twilight Wings Episode 4 since it would have given us the animated debut of gym leader and best girl Nessa, who has been a fan-favorite ever since her design was released. While the Japanese version is readily available, the English dub will be seeing a delay.

According to Newsweek, we're going to be seeing Twilight Wings Episode 4 later this week on April 24. No particular reason for the delay was given, though we're going to assume that the current pandemic is making simultaneous anime releases harder than usual. It's still a downer but we'll link you guys to the Japanese version below if you don't mind just watching the visuals.

While the wait will annoy some, Twilight Wings has gotten so much acclaim from Pokemon fans that no one will mind a delay like this. The first three episodes were already pretty stellar, giving us better animation than the usual anime starring Ash and we're sure the Nessa episode will do the same. Fans on social media are already praising how beautiful it looks and we can't wait to see it once the English dub is out.
