Pedro Pascal Celebrates The Mandalorian Casting Announcement With Boba Fett Photo


Disney has recently confirmed what everyone had thought all along: Pedro Pascal will take on the titular role in Jon Favreau's The Mandalorian. Nevertheless, the former Game of Thrones star couldn't help but celebrate the announcement by posting an adorable photo that pays homage to the other Mandalorian Boba Fett.

Pascal shared the picture on his official Instagram account. It features his beloved dog Edgar biting a Boba Fett plushie. Take a look at the post below.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars executive producer Dave Filoni will direct the show's pilot episode while Taika Waititi, Bryce Dallas-Howard, Deborah Chow, and Rick Famuyiwa have all been attached to work on the other episodes.

The Mandalorian has not yet been given an official release date. Nevertheless, the series is expected to debut on Disney+ in 2020.
