Despite some flaws here and there, there is a lot of excitement for CW's The Flash Season 6. This will tie-in heavily to the upcoming Crisis on Infinite Earths event that The CW is planning and we've already seen Barry's new costume. Well, thanks to TV Line, we now have a better look at this costume and it's a huge improvement over what's come before.
The brighter colors are nice, even if the lines in his costume take some getting used to. While we don't blame the costume designers for the previous Flash costumes, this just looks better and is something us comic book fans can look forward to. We also see some of Barry's supporting cast, who look pretty much the same, though they'll probably have a lot of things to worry about when the Crisis happens.
With Arrow ending soon, it's clear that The Flash will soon be The CW's core show. Okay, that might be us jumping to conclusions but it is the second-oldest show in the network. It was also better-received than Arrow since The CW's cheesy writing matched the show's more comic book-like tone, which is why a lot of people enjoyed the earlier seasons before they kept messing with the timeline.
Personally, I can't wait to see what Crisis on Infinite Earths has planned for Barry. The first season teased that the Scarlet Speedster would die/disappear during the event so that should get us fans to react.
The Flash Season 6 will debut on October 8.
