No Time to Die: New Stills of Bond and Rami Malek’s Safin

While production may have caught a bit of a snag, Bond 25 is moving forward, and a lot of people are excited to see what's in store for No Time to Die. Thanks to Empire, we have a new cover featuring Daniel Craig's Bond as well as new stills for characters like Rami Malek's Safin and Lashana Lynch's Nomi.

We don't know what the entire case is with Safin, but he's been described to be some kind of cyber-terrorist. While his face is all messed up in the photo, we see in the trailers that he gets some kind of Phantom of the Opera mask. When it comes to villains, it's also been confirmed that Christoph Waltz's Blofeld will be making a comeback.

As for Lynch's character, she's been said to be a new 00 agent; it hasn't been confirmed yet, but it's been heavily implied that she's actually the new 007. Interesting, counting that a lot of people are also convinced that this movie will present to us the next actor to take on the 007 mantle after Daniel Craig. My guess is that Nomi will quit/die at some point in the movie, and we'll have the new "Bond" take on the mantle in the end—or maybe in an after-credits scene.

Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.

Catch No Time to Die when it hits theaters April 10, 2020.
