New Trailer For Netflix's Korean Medieval Zombie Series, Kingdom Season 2


The second season of Netflix's Korean zombie medievial series Kingdom is one of the most highly anticipated original shows coming to the streaming service next month, and the company recently released the first trailer for it. Watch it above.

Set in ancient Korea, Season 1 of Kingdom revolved around a deceased king who rises from the dead as a mysterious plague starts to spread across the land. This plague turned people into zombies, and the prince (Ju Ji-Hoon) has to face off with the new breed of zombies as he embarks on a journey to reveal the evil behind it, and save his people.

Official synopsis for Kingdom Season 2:

As winter approaches, the battle between the living and the undead in Joseon is just beginning. The royal court is teeming with snakes, the zombies are coming, and the crown prince has a nation to save. The worst is yet to come, and everyone will need to choose a side without knowing who they can really trust.

Kingdom was directed by Kim Seong-hun (A Hard Day) from a script by Signal writer Kim Eun-hee. It's set to premiere on Netflix in March 13, 2020.
