New Still of Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter from Bill & Ted Face the Music

A lot of people are excited to see Keanu Reeves reprise the role of Neo for The Matrix 4, but before that, he's going to be teaming up with Alex Winter once more for Bill & Ted Face the Music. We don't have a preview for the film yet, but Empire has dropped a new still of both Reeves and Winter.

Director Dean Parisot also had this to say about the film, "We've gone from a homework assignment to saving all space and time. We bypassed all those possible traumas in the middle… They have an hour and 18 minutes. So they're in trouble. And let's say that they have to travel all over the place to try and figure it out."

By that comment we could probably deduce that the runtime of the movie is probably 1 hour and 18 minutes, because, why else would Parisot be so specific? I think it's a solid number for a comedy. I don't expect this film to last for longer than 2 hours at all.

Personally, I'm just hoping the find a way to make the film more relevant to modern audiences. Hopefully this sequel didn't come too late, not unlike Zoolander 2 or Dumb and Dumber To.

Once told they'd save the universe during a time-traveling adventure, 2 would-be rockers from San Dimas, California find themselves as middle-aged dads still trying to crank out a hit song and fulfill their destiny.

Watch Bill & Ted Face the Music when the film comes out Aug. 21.
