There might not be much word on the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi's first official trailer, however Lucasfilm has been trying its best to keep fans busy by releasing different posters and images featuring the different characters in the Star Wars sequel trilogy.
One of these images comes from Yahoo! Movies. The site just recently published its fall movie preview, showing off an exclusive photo taken from the highly anticipated Star Wars movie. In it fans get to see Rey (Daisy Ridley) facing away from the camera, standing over a cliff overlooking the watery landscape of Ahch-To. With her staff in hand, the Force-sensitive Jakku orphan seems to be meditating in order to prepare for a Jedi training exercise.

The photo doesn't really reveal much – after all fans already do know that Rey will be training with Luke (Mark Hamill) sometime in the first half of The Last Jedi. However, while the photo doesn't give much away in terms of plot details, it does signal the uptick in The Last Jedi's marketing campaign. Sure the film has a long way to go till it sees release, but everyone's excited to see more promotional images and videos. Hopefully we all get the first official trailer soon.
