New Justice League Poster Has Superman Joining The Team

Putting an end to Doomsday might have killed the DC Extended Universe's Man of Steel (Henry Cavill) in Batman V Superman but it seems like Kal-El won't be staying dead for long.

Though Superman hasn't been present in any of the previews for the upcoming Justice League, fans have all been expecting The Last Son of Krypton to make his way back to the land of the living to help Batman (Ben Affleck) and the other metahumans face Steppenwolf and his army of parademons.

Now, a new poster for the superhero mash-up movie has Superman posing alongside the team, hovering right behind the Dark Knight and Aquaman (Jason Mamoa). Released by Mighty Print, the Justice League poster is given the title "United We Stand," a fighting name for a movie focused on the superheroes "coming together."

Though Superman doesn't really look like he's been made to be in the poster, fans all know that the Kryptonian is going to play an important role in the movie. However, while we're all certain that Cavill is set to reprise his role as Superman, we're not sure how much of the hero we'll get to see in Justice League. Will he be resurrected in the first half of the movie, or the second half? Will he have significant screen time? How will he be reintroduced in the film? Let's wait and see.

Justice League premieres on November 17, 2017.
