The title of My Hero Academia Chapter 393 is Villain Name, and it picks up where the previous chapter left off, following Ochako and Himiko’s confrontation.

The chapter begins with a furious Himiko holding Tsuyu at knifepoint. It distracted Ochako, who can’t dodge the swarm of Twice’s doubles, whereas Tsuyu feels the strain of her injury after being assaulted back on Okuto Island.

Himiko is still in outrage as she tells Ochako that she doesn’t know the first thing about her.

After all, Ochako has never wanted anything, has always obeyed the rules, and was born into a perfectly livable life.

As Himiko was about to stab a vulnerable Tsuyu, a brief flashback to Himiko’s formative days was shown.

Himiko’s parents saw her with a dead sparrow in the backyard. They imagined that Himiko killed the sparrow, consumed its blood, and laughed about it.

But Himiko screams foul, alleging that the sparrow had merely fallen in the yard and that she had nothing to do about its death.

Because of this, Himiko was placed in Quirk counseling to get her all reformed, pleasant, and normal.

They said that Himiko’s deviant behavior is common in children with powerful quirks and that it always happens in modern society.

They also promised Himiko’s parents that she would be alright, as they'd be sure to iron it all out.

Himiko thinks hard about the world around her as she sees others giving affection to their spouses, pets, and family, all the while recalling the terrible remarks that other people have for her.

At some point, Himiko’s parents confronted their daughter for allegedly sucking her friend’s blood.

In Himiko’s defense, she stated that her friend got hurt, so she was only sucking the ouchie.

Unfortunately, Himiko’s parents failed to understand her. They even assumed that Himiko just came out wrong, for they had given birth to something horrible and that she was simply rotten to the core.

Clearly, it impacted Himiko’s well-being. She questions everyone else for fighting against the urge to be the way they want to be.

She was also looking for other people in the world who would understand her plight, especially those who could also suck blood just like her.

Back in the present, Himiko recalls Chitose’s comments about how she pushed everything down and how she suppressed herself and developed a mask to become someone entirely different from herself.

That’s when Ochako pulled Himiko away from Tsuyu through the wire she had fastened to Himiko’s arm before.

It sent Tsuyu crashing, but Kamui Woods and Jiro were already running to save her.

As it turns out, Kamui Woods has already saved Tsuyu, and Jiro is about to catch the real Himiko.

Thankfully, Kamui Woods shoved Himiko in the final second to protect Jiro.

Kamui Woods observes that their team will not be enough to take on the horde of Twice’s doubles, especially now that Himiko can distract and fool everyone. Hence, there is no way for the heroes to stop her.

While Hawks’ words resound through the minds of the heroes, Tsuyu desperately cries for Himiko to listen to Ochako.

Tsuyu adds that she formerly thought that following the rules was what made someone a hero and that disregarding them made someone a villain.

But now, Ochako is setting the norms and everything else aside to try to have an honest dialogue with Himiko.

Moreover, Tsuyu notes that killing them is one thing, and beating Himiko is another. But what Ochako is trying is a rougher path than any of that.

Hence, it would be preferable if Himiko listened to Ochako even though it arrived later than she hoped.

Sadly, Himiko refused to listen to Tsuyu, and she quickly stabbed Ochako in the chest mid-air.

As Ochako coughs up blood, Himiko demands Tsuyu to cease her joyful and peaceful talk since she doesn’t get to feel a lick of it. She also wants Tsuyu to quit pitying her with their so-called rules.

As this carries on, Himiko remembers the day when Twice asked her about a villain name of her own.

My Hero Academia Chapter 393 will be an intriguing one, as we may witness what happened to Ochako after Himiko stabbed her in the chest!

Will she survive her injuries and continue her plot to make Himiko listen to her once and for all?

It’s probable that in the coming chapter, Ochako will live, and she, along with Tsuyu, will be able to make Himiko listen in some way.

They will have an impactful exchange of talks that will help Himiko understand her actions, feelings, and emotions throughout the years.

If this happens, the horde of Twice’s doubles will disperse, and the heroes, including Hawks and the wounded Todoroki family, will finally get some time to breathe.

As always, take all these predictions with a grain of salt. For the time being, expect to read more news and information prior to the release of My Hero Academia Chapter 393!
