MagicFest Las Vegas is happening this weekend, and it's turning out to be a great Magic: The Gathering event for Commander players thanks to the Commander Celebration and the awesome new "Sol Ring" promo card. If you didn't get a chance to go to Vegas to play Commander and get the lovely promo, we have great news for you: There will be more MagicFests this year where fans can join a Command Zone and get their new "Sol Ring" promo.
Over on Twitter, Senior Magic Designer Gavin Verhey has announced that thanks to the success of the 1000+ players who signed up for the Command Zone at MagicFest Las Vegas, all the remaining 2019 MagicFests in North America, Europe, and Brazil will have Command Zone, starting in Montreal.
The Command Zone Pass at MagicFest Las Vegas offered 4 days access to the Command Zone with comfortable space, 4 On-Demand Commander Events, foil "Sol Ring" promo, and ChannelFireball deckbox.
Fans are wondering if this will extend to the MagicFests in 2020, and while Verhey said that he can't announce anything yet, he said that "you can expect 2020 to have plenty of places you can get this promo."
This is fantastic news for Commander players who are planning to attend more MagicFests this year. I'm glad to see that the Commander events in MagicFest Las Vegas are thriving.

MagicFest Las Vegas 2019 takes place on August 22-25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The prize pool is $65,000, and the two main events are Modern and Limited (Modern Horizons).
