Marvel Removes Inhumans From Movie Release Schedule

The Inhumans movie was originally scheduled for a July 12, 2019 release, but it looks like we won't be seeing it anytime soon. In the updated movie schedule, the film has been removed, and now the film currently has no release date. The news came from Ben Fritz of the Wall Street Journal.

The film was originally set for a Nov 2, 2018 release before it was moved to the July date, and one reason why Inhumans was removed could be the fact that Indiana Jones 5 is slated for a July 19, 2019 release, which is a week after Inhumans.

When Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige was asked about the Inhumans film at the Captain America: Civil War press junket, he said:

"Since we made our initial phase three announcement, we added Spider-Man, which was a big, joyous coup for us. We added Ant-Man and the Wasp, which was a big, fun continuation of that story for us. Walt Disney Company has announced an Indiana Jones film for right around that same time. So I think it will shuffle off the current date that it's on right now. How far down it shuffles, I'm not sure yet."

Hopefully, they'll soon announce a new release date for it soon. They're probably still trying to figure out when to reschedule it. Vin Diesel is expected to star in the film. We'll update you here on Epicstream once we find out.
