Magic: The Gathering recently returned to its original world or "plane" with the release of the Dominaria set, and now, fans are wondering if near future sets will revisit some planes like what they did with Ravnica and Innistrad before.

Today, Magic: The Gathering head designer Mark Rosewater confirmed that multiple return sets are planned in the next few years. When a fan asked Rosewater if Magic will return to planes in the next couple of years, Rosewater replied on his Blogatog: "While I can't tell you where, the next few years do have some returns planned."

Who knows? Maybe the Magic set after Core Set 2019 might be a return set. Back in 2016, Rosewater revealed which planes he thinks Magic will most likely return to.

Here's the list based on the scale (1 means very likely and 10 means very unlikely.):

1 – Ravnica, Innistrad
2 – Zendikar
3 – Kaladesh, Theros
4 – Alara, Dominaria, Tarkir, Vryn
5 – Fiora, New Phyrexia (Mirrodin)
6 – Regatha
7 – Lorwyn/Shadowmoor, Shandalar
8 – Kamigawa, Segovia
9 – Mercadia, Rath, Serra's Realm, Ulgrotha
10 – Rabiah

Personally, I'd like to see a return to Kamigawa or Mercadia. Which Magic plane would you like to return to in the future sets?
