In the blog post, the developer explains the concept of Magic: Legends, and how the team eventually created an Action RPG genre. It talked about animations, special effects, user interface, and the game engine. However, the biggest news is that the Closed Alpha is coming this month!

Here's what Ricossa said about the game's upcoming Closed Alpha:

"I'm proud to officially announce that our first Closed Alpha playtest will be happening this June! We'll be inviting 15,000-20,000 people from those that signed up for beta since we opened for registration in December. The first playtest will be under a strict NDA, but we'll continue posting blog features and hosting streams to highlight what you can expect when you become a Planeswalker in Magic: Legends!"

I'm looking forward to play and stream this game on MTG Rocks. I already signed up for the Closed Alpha, and if you want to play this game, it's not too late. You can sign-up now at the game's official website.
