Kylo Ren Reportedly Building Star Wars Legends Super Weapon In Episode IX

Lucasfilm might be trying to keep Star Wars: Episode IX's secrets close to its chest, however, with the film currently in production, leaks continue to make their way online. One of the most recently leaked information from the upcoming Star Wars movie claims that Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) and the First Order are out making another superweapon like the Deathstar, and speculation has it that the weapon might be Star Wars Legends' World Devastator.

According to a new report by Express, a description of Star Wars IX concept art has managed to leak to the internet, and in the description, fans get to learn about what is described to be a new "devastatingly powerful weapon" from the First Order.

The concept art supposedly has Kylo Ren inside his Throne Room, "viewing a hologram form a device held in his hand."

"Kylo appears to be examining three large superweapons that are in a cylindrical shape with an enormous engine on each side of each superweapon of this ship/weapon, destroying terrain on a planet. The engine burner is colored red and the blast from the bottom of these three massive weapons is colored blue, impacting a surface causing astronomical destruction. Parts of the weapon seem to be under construction and not finished."

While some speculate that the new Supreme Leader may be building another Death Star for the First Order, others believe that Kylo Ren could be working on a World Devastator from the Dark Empire storyline in Star Wars Legends.

For those who aren't familiar with the weapon, the World Devastator was a huge device that used tractor beam tech to sweep across worlds and destroy entire cities with so much ease.

While it remains to be seen whether or not the legends device would be brought to the canon Star Wars universe, we do know that the First Order does have a tendency to lean towards massive weaponry in its attempts at dominating Lucasfilm's galaxy far, far away.

However, it seems like fans aren't too eager to have the World Devastator in Star Wars: Episode IX with many expressing frustration at the thought of another Death Star.
