Justice League actor Joe Manganiello is coming out to confirm that fans will get an extended look at his character Slade Wilson aka Deathstroke in the upcoming Snyder Cut of the DC team-up film. For how lackluster Joss Whedon's cut of Justice League ended up being, we can't deny that it still had its redeeming qualities and that includes Manganiello's introduction as the iconic Batman villain along with a bald Lex Luthor played by Jesse Eisenberg during the film's post-credits scene.

Speaking with Collider, the former Spider-Man trilogy actor shared that his brief credits scene will indeed be part of the much talked about Snyder Cut. He said: "On my social media, I talked about [how] there was an original end credits sequence that was altered for the release of Justice League. Once Batman was canceled, they altered that scene. So, here you go, but I wrote about that on my social media. There's an original scene that will be restored to what it was originally."

When asked if he's also involved in the reshoots for the film which happens to include most of the League's members like Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, and Ray Fisher, Mangeniello refused to give a definitive answer, saying that it's director Zack Snyder's prerogative. He said: "That would be Zack's place so whether or not that's happening, that is an answer that is below my NDA level, or whatever you wanna call it."

The famed Snyder Cut has all the potential in the world to right a lot of wrongs that were committed by the theatrical cut. As of Manganiello, the success of the Snyder Cut will determine whether he'll be able to continue his tenure in the DC Extended Universe as Deathstroke. I, for one, am hoping for the best because from what we've seen so far, it looks like Manganiello's character could bring more to the table. Not only that, I think it's about damn time that we put the spotlight on someone like Slade Wilson who'll definitely be a breath of fresh air in the DCEU.

That being said, the Snyder Cut of Justice League will drop in 2021.
