Justice League Beats Star Wars: The Last Jedi In This Week’s Round Of Social Media Buzz


It looks like JusticeLeague's newly released trailer has just pushed the superhero film on top of the social media buzz ladder right ahead of Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Last weekend Warner Bros. released the final trailer for Justice League at the 2017 New York Comic Con, and the trailer has been getting a lot of traction online, pushing the film ahead of Star Wars: The Last Jedi in terms of social media buzz.

According to a report by Variety, Justice League just won this week's crown for social media chatter thanks to another round of active promotion from Warner Bros. at this year's New york Comic Con. A number of Justice League news and content made its way online, and the film's final trailer helped the upcoming superhero film create more than 190,000 new conversations on different social media platforms.

With the promise of a new trailer and the start of ticket sales, The Last Jedi came in close behind with more than 123,000 new conversations generated for the film this week.

Of course, we're expecting the tide to turn once the trailer for The Force Awakens sequel drops later tonight. The Last Jedi is one of the most highly anticipated films of the year, and Star Wars has an extremely strong fan base that can lead the film back to the top in terms of social media buzz.
