The explanation of Hakari's cursed technique and domain rules flash through Charles' brain. Hakari's domain is Idle Death Gamble, whose rules are based on a pachinko machine. His domain also has elements inspired by a fictional romantic comedy manga by Candy Nakamura, Private Pure Love Train.
Hakari begins, and Charles tries to get the hang of what's going on. Charles notes that Hakari's attacks serve as indicators, and riichi will change the stage.
Hitting the jackpot depends on the scenario that will unfold. However, Charles notices that the indicators in this scenario were relatively weak, so chances are this riichi will fail.
If it fails, they start over, and it will repeat until Hakari wins or Charles defeats him. If Hakari hits the jackpot, Charles loses.
Charles says Hakari's Idle Death Gamble is an insult to the manga it was inspired by. He tells him that he shouldn't be appropriating it for gambling. He also wonders if Hakari even read the story.
Despite the chance of a jackpot being only one in 239, Charles says he won't let Hakari try to win forever. Hakari points out that even though Charles can see into the immediate future, he still can't hit him.
Hakari says he hasn't gone past 30 times with the scenarios in his domain. The final train riichi shows up, which has an 80% chance of success.
Charles cannot focus on the future since he's fighting Hakari physically while trying to see what will happen in the train scenario. He hits Hakari and says he could have won if it was a game of skill rather than luck.
Hakari gets a winning scenario and kicks Charles. He says he uses skill to hold on to luck.

The chapter focuses on Panda, who's in the same Colony as Hakari. He's sitting on top of some metal containers while noticing the strong smell of blood.
Panda's task is to look for Angel and negotiate with them. Hakari was supposed to be in charge of all the fighting, but he and Panda were separated quickly after entering the Colony.
Suddenly, Kashimo shows up. Panda tries to escape by walking on all fours, but Kashimo asks the kogane if Panda is a player. The kogane says yes.
Before Panda could even react, Kashimo started closing in on Panda to punch him. Kashimo's punch was swift and powerful, and his cursed technique had some electrical elements.
Panda switches to his gorilla mode, but it doesn't affect Kashimo much. He ends up ripping one of Panda's arms off.
Panda is getting beat up badly. Kashimo asks where Sukuna is, but Panda says he doesn't know anything.
Kashimo tells Panda that he definitely knows something; he says he won't kill Panda if he tells him. Panda jokes and says he must have had an uncle with the same name.
Panda switches to the rhinoceros form and tries to attack Kashimo. However, Kashimo is more powerful, and blood begins gushing out of Panda.
Kashimo's attack is a must-hit lightning bolt that tears through the atmosphere with no need for Domain Expansion. He asks again, "Where is Sukuna?"
