The first trailer for Jessica Jones season 3 is here and it's an interesting end to this series, that's for certain. We have a new villain along with the continued conflict between Jones and her best friend turned rival Trish Walker, who is slowly becoming Hellcat. Hellcat with no yellow costume but we'll take what we can get at this point, especially since this is the final season.
Jones' new antagonist seems to be somebody who doesn't believe in our lead character and will do anything he can to take her down. Interestingly enough, he has sided with Jeryn Hogarth and Jones has even claimed that this villain is smarter than her and Walker combined, which is a bit much. Even Walker thinks Jones is exaggerating, though that might be due to their fractured relationship after the events of season 2.
It will be interesting to see how the final season does and if it wraps up the previous storylines from previous seasons. Honestly, that might not be the case since previous Marvel shows were canceled before reaching their natural conclusion. Iron Fist season 2 and Luke Cage season 2 clearly had plans for future installments, though the latter could be getting some closure in the final season of Jessica Jones.
Jessica Jones season 3, the final season, will be coming to Netflix on June 14.
