The idea of two Robins is pretty awesome. It gets even better when Dick Grayson realizes that Jason Todd has been taking the Batmobile out for a spin in a new clip from the new DC Universe series Titans.
The short video was released in celebration of Batman Day on September 15. The clip features Dick (Brenton Thwaites) meeting Jason (Curran Walters). The two Robins have a brief exchange where Jason talks about "the dopest gig ever." Check out the video below.
It's a great clip that offers a glimpse at Jason being very different from Dick. There is little doubt that Jason will be one of the awesome characters to look forward to in Titans. Also, Batman probably doesn't allow anyone to touch the Batmobile, but I'm sure that wouldn't stop Jason at all.
In Titans, Dick has already decided to retire from being Batman's sidekick and set off to lead his own team. Jason was then recruited as the second Robin. Hopefully, we'll get to see more of their awesome exchanges this October.
Titans also stars Anna Diop as Koriand'r/Starfire, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth/Raven, and Ryan Potter as Gar Logan/Beast Boy. Allan Ritchson and Minka Kelly will appear in a few episodes as the crime-fighting duo Hawk and Dove.
Titans will premiere on DC Universe on October 12.
