Is Zachary Levi Teasing a Batman Cameo in 'Shazam!'?

There have been rumors going around that Henry Cavill will be appearing in Shazam! as Superman, but now star Zachary Levi seems to be teasing that another Justice League member will be appearing in the film.

Of course, this could just be Levi fooling around on set, but I wouldn't be surprised if they had toys made of the Batman that people could buy off the shelves. Someone was even wearing a Batman mask during Joker's raid in Suicide Squad.

With Ben Affleck seeming unsure about playing Batman for the DCEU, I wouldn't have my hopes up that he would appear in Shazam!, but then again, it's not entirely impossible for him to make an appearance.

As for Superman's cameo, I have a feeling that we'll mostly see him through the eyes of Billy Batson, i.e. via news reports or newspaper clippings. There is a chance that he could show up as himself in the movie, but maybe it will only be for a short while. I don't think they would want Superman to overshadow Captain Marvel in the film.

These are all just rumors and speculation for now, so you should take them with a grain of salt.

Shazam! is expected to hit theaters April 5, 2019.
