Hour of Devastation's The Locust God Card and Invocation Revealed

The official preview for Hour of Devastation already kicked off this week, and the blue-red god card has been revealed. Unlike the gods released in Amonkhet, the new ones like this one and The Scorpion God return to the owner's hand when it dies. The Locust God can swarm the field with blue and red 1/1 insect tokens if you manage to draw a lot of cards while the god is in play. Check out the cool card illustrated by Lius Lasahido:

I'm not a big fan of this card and I don't think it will see a lot of play in Standard Constructed, but it's definitely a Limited bomb. What do you think?
