Han Solo: Ron Howard Shares Another Set Photo; Is This Jabba’s Palace?

Star Wars: A New Hope started out with Han Solo owing Jabba the Hutt a lot of money, and with the upcoming Han Solo film said to explore Han's origin, it's a safe bet that we might be able to see just how Han got this huge debt from the notorious mobster. Director Ron Howard just shared a new photo from the set, and it could very well be a look at the inside of Jabba's palace.

Howard just posted this to his Twitter account:

With the dark and seedy look of the place, I can imagine this is where Han makes the deal that would eventually leave him frozen in Carbonite. We get to see one alien in the shot, and I bet we can see Jabba's "throne" somewhere in the same room.

Another important takeaway is that Howard has decided to keep Arrival cinematographer Bradford Young onboard. With Lord and Miller out of the picture, you could imagine Howard bring in a cinematographer that he's already worked with before, but with Young already having worked on most of the movie, it would make sense to keep him for consistency. That, plus he's good at his job.

With the whole director debacle, people would think that the Han Solo movie would be delayed, but there hasn't been any announcements, and it looks like things are going according to Lucasfilm's plan. Let's hope the movie doesn't disappoint.
