There’s a lot of hype surrounding Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 – everyone’s excited to have their favorite thugs-turned-heroes get into another set of shenanigans for a second time. Though the film’s release is still a few months off, Marvel has been busying fans with trailers and interviews and sneak peeks.
Now, it seems like two of the team’s favorite characters, Rocket Racoon and Groot, have a new animated short. Made with a Skottie Young kind of flavor, the art style of the video doesn’t look anything that Marvel’s released on the small and big screen. Check it out down here:
Opening with Rocket and Groot racing across the galaxy after a bounty, fans get to watch things start going wrong as their ship begins to break down. Things don’t really go as planned, and the chase is just full of mishaps and fun. It’s a short and light video – something to help soothe fans while they wait for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
