In Girlfriend, Girlfriend Episode 3, A Place For Three, Saki, Nagisa, and Naoya decided to eat all together in the storeroom of the gym. They had a little trouble getting in as the entrance was locked so they got through an open window. Being there gives them the privacy that they need.
