Game of Thrones’ Jon Snow is Fit to Be King for One Character

When Game of Thrones ended, it seems like three different powers are brewing in a battle for the ultimate throne. While some fans may have Dany as their bias—with her dragons, Unsullied army, and Tyrion by her side, who wouldn't?—but for one ex-Game of Thrones star, Jon Snow is fit to be king.

Rose Leslie, who played the role of Ygritte, Jon Snow's Wildling girlfriend and cutely enough, also his off-screen girl, shared this to TV Guide while promoting her current show The Good Fight.

"He's definitely tough enough. I think that he's incredibly just and he'd make a brilliant king."

Granted, Jon Snow may be the farthest when it comes to becoming the Mad King. He's displayed the best moral fiber after Dany, and would make for a much better ruler than Cersei given his background of being raised by Ned Stark. Though we all know that, following the big teaser at the end of Game of Thrones season 6, Jon Snow may have enough blood flowing in his veins to become one himself.

Sadly, Leslie's opinion of Jon Snow doesn't have any bearing on what's to come. It doesn't help that she's pretty much biased. Her character did fall in love with him after a few hard-to-get moments.

Game of Thrones will be back in the summer with fewer episodes than its previous run. Hopefully, we'll get to see if Jon Snow has a bigger chance at leading them to war against the Walkers—or if it's his relative Dany's turn to lead.
