Game of Thrones Fan Spotted An Incredible Hidden Message in The Season 7 Premiere

There seems to be a lot of details the showrunners deliberately included in the Game of Thrones Season 7 premiere episode, and some eagle-eyed fans have already spotted an intriguing message.

As usual with HBO's series, fans have poured over the premiere, teasing out interesting information and speculating about every scene.

Now, some fans believe that a particular scene in the Season 7 premiere just foreshadowed Cersei Lannister's fate, and it's not looking good for the newly-crowned queen.

To understand the context, you'll have to remember a scene in Season 5, when Cersei as a child visited Maggy the Frog, an alleged seer who prophecisied certain events in the Cersei's life.

Maggy told Cersei that she will be Queen someday as she wished, but she also told her that she all her children will die early. But the show did not reveal how the prophecy also predicted how Cersei would die.

Maggie warned Cersei that she would meet her demise at the hands of the 'valonqar' who would wrap his hands around her "pale white throat" and choke her to death.

Valonqar means 'little brother' in high Valyrian (the Targaryens' language). This explains why in George R.R. Martin's books Cersei hate Tyrion so much as she believes that he's the one who will kill her.

However, Cersei actually has two little brothers because Jamie was born after Cersei, so fans are speculating that Jamie might be the one who will end her life.

Now, look where Cersei and Jaime are standing in the scene below:

While Jamie is standing on The Fingers, Cersei is standing on an area of Westeros known as the neck. Is Jamie the real valonquar?

Game of Thrones airs on Sundays, 9 pm EST on HBO.
