Syfy announced last week that it is adapting Lev Grossman's The Magicians trilogy into a television series. The 12-episode season set to air in 2016, follows Quentin Coldwater, a young wizard who attends Brakebills College for Magical Pedagogy, an exclusive and secret college for magicians.
The trailer features a lot of mind-blowing and sexy footage that Potterheads would probably enjoy. I listened to the audiobook version of The Magicians earlier this year, and I had fun reading it. I just hope Syfy doesn't mess it up. So far, the trailer looks promising, and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing this. Watch the spectacular trailer below.
