Thor will return later this year in his third solo film, Thor: Ragnarok, but things have been quiet on the film's front lately, but expect to see more marketing for the Marvel film in the upcoming months.
Disney recently released a sneak peek image at Thor: Ragnarok, which features Chris Hemsworth wearing his Thor costume. The image shows him weawring leather head-to-toe, and he's sporting Thor's traditional blond locks. Hemsworth is seen looking towards director Taika Waititi, who's shown directing the Australian actor behind-the-scenes as they continue filming on set for the epic Marvel film.

"In Marvel Studios' Thor: Ragnarok, Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok – the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization – at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first he must survive a deadly gladatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger – the Incredible Hulk!
Thor: Ragnarok will be released in theaters on November 3, 2017.
