Final Fantasy XV Comrades Available Now, New Update Makes Hunt Quests Easier

Multiplayer fans rejoice, as the Comrades DLC is now available in Final Fantasy XV. The expansion had been highly anticipated by fans since it fills up some gaps from the controversial chapter 13 and lets players create their own character. There's also a free update that makes certain quests in the game a bit easier to do, which fans will definitely appreciate.

As most fans know, the DLC was supposed to be released last month but was delayed so that the developers could smooth things out. Fans that played the Comrades beta felt that it suffered from some bugs, so the delay was made so that those problems could be removed. Now that the expansion is out, fans should be able to enjoy the multiplayer experience without any problems, assuming they have fast internet.

Then there's the free update that was released alongside the expansion, which enables players to take on multiple hunt quests at one time and adding new cooking recipes. Compared to the updates that added additional story scenes and Assassin's Creed costumes, this isn't much, but it's fine at least.

Fans that bought the season pass, currently priced at $24.99, will gain access to Comrades and the additional episodes that focus on Gladiolus and Prompto. The DLC episode that focuses on Ignis will be available on December 13. Final Fantasy XV is available now on PS4 and Xbox One, with the PC version coming out next year.
