Every Easter Egg And Reference In The New Justice League Trailer

SDCC has just given us a handful of cool new trailers for some highly anticipated films, and a trailer has just dropped for Justice League. Mr. Sunday Movies on Youtube has given us an in-depth breakdown of the SDCC trailer and also gives us some updates on BTS rumors like Ben Affleck's thoughts on playing Batman.

For one, the trailer downright confirms the existence of the Green Lanterns in this universe, as one of the reasons Steppenwolf has chosen to invade Earth is the fact that there is an absence of "Lanterns." We also get a shot of some guys supposedly robbing a bank, and with the face being hidden in the trailers, it's possible that this could be another villain from the comics—likely the Black Mask from Batman's rogues gallery.

The trailer also returns us to Themyscira, and with the absence of Robin Wright's Antiope, we can deduce that Steppenwolf makes his attack after her death. There is a war scene with the Amazons fighting parademons, and a lot of people speculate that this is a flashback. Antiope might make her appearance then.

Probably the biggest tease in the trailer is at the end where Alfred talks to a mysterious figure saying,
"They said you'd come. Now let's hope you're not too late," followed by text with a green overlay. Is this Superman? Is it Green Lantern? It's one of those things I want to know when the movie comes out.

Hopefully the marketing team for Justice League doesn't make the same mistake for BvS where they gave too much away in the trailers. I want to be surprised, dammit!

Justice League comes out Nov. 17.
