E3 2017: Metroid Prime 4 is Coming For Nintendo Switch


During Nintendo's Treehouse presentation at E3 2017 today, Nintendo showed off a teaser that confirms Metroid Prime 4 is being developed for the Nintendo Switch. The short teaser didn't show any game footage as it simply showed "4" followed with the words "Metroid Prime".

No release date, story details, or developers have been announced. This marks the return of the Metroid franchise as the first core game in the series in a decade (The last one was Metroid Prime: Corruption in 2007).
