Check Out Luke, Hux, And More In New Batch Of Hi-Res The Last Jedi Photos

Star Wars fans are still waiting for The Last Jedi's first official trailer to drop, and Lucasfilm's been trying its best to keep the community partially satiated by rolling out images from the highly anticipated sequel trilogy installment.

Lucasfilm and Disney have just decided to release a batch of exclusive high-resolution images taken from The Force Awakens sequel, and while some of these photos are ones that we haven't seen before, others are images that we've seen in some low-quality scans of magazine features.

Fans get to have a few new looks at Mark Hamill's Luke Skywalker, Domnhall Gleeson's General Hux, and Gwendoline Christie's Captain Phasma.

It's interesting to find General Hux in the bunch – after all, Gleeson just recently explained that the reason why the First Order officer hasn't had much of a presence in The Last Jedi's marketing campaign was that the character just wasn't that relevant to the film's story.

"I don't think there was much out about [me] for the first one either. I'm not one of the bigger characters – Adam [Driver], Oscar [Isaac], Daisy [Ridley] and John [Boyega] are up front and then it's a big line of people ahead of me on the call sheet, so I certainly don't take it personally. I think they know how to market Star Wars, so I'll leave them to it."

It's been a while since we've seen Hux in any of the released images for The Last Jedi, and we wonder whether we'll get to see more of the character once Lucasfilm rolls out the sequel trilogy installment's trailer.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi premieres December 15, 2017.
