The animated series on Netflix has captured the world's attention, with many loving just how violent and well-written it is. As we wait for the third season, which will have more episodes, series producer Adi Shankar is teasing a new video game project he is involved in and we may know what it is.
Shankar might be keeping this project under wraps, but rumors recently surfaced that he would be working on a Legend of Zelda series. Since Shankar did point out that this project is video game-related, everyone is crossing their fingers that it will be Zelda. Thankfully, fans won't have to wait long as they just have to wait till tomorrow at 1 pm.
People love Shankar's work on Castlevania and it's not just because the series is faithful to the games; it's because the series is accessible and good. Even if you haven't played one of the earlier Konami games, it will be really easy getting into the series. The fact that the writing is of top-notch quality is an added bonus.
The Legend of Zelda is often treated as video game royalty, with many fans loving each installment from the franchise. All the games are accessible to newcomers since they always repeat the Link/Ganon prophecy, for better and worse. If Shankar can ensure the same quality that has graced his Netflix animated series, this is going to be great.
