It has been almost four years since Hannibal was canceled and the cast and crew of the NBC series have gone on to do several different projects of their own. However, that doesn't mean that Bryan Fuller has completely given up on continuing the show. The former American Gods executive producer has just offered some hope on the possibility that we can still look forward to Hannibal Season 4.

A fan recently reached out to Fuller on Twitter asking for updates on the psychological horror-thriller. Interestingly, the Pushing Daisies creator revealed that everyone is still on board for Hannibal Season 4 although they are still looking for a possible outlet for the series. Take a look at Fuller's tweet below.

"No one has given up! I've made it clear I want to do it, the cast wants to do it and [co-executive producer] Martha [De Laurentiis] wants to do it. We just need a network or a streaming service that wants to do it, too. I don't feel there's a clock on it or an expiration date for the idea. We just need someone to bite," he wrote.

This is certainly hopeful news for anyone who is eager to find out what happened to Hannibal Lecter and Will Graham. After all, the third season finale concluded with the two falling over a cliff although some believe both actually survived. Additionally, the post-credits scene with Gillian Anderson's Bedelia Du Maurier sitting at a table set for three with her own leg prepared as an entrée.

It might still be another long wait before Hannibal Season 4 to get picked up by a new network. Make sure to check this page for more updates.
