Black Widow Poster Offers First Look At Nat's Classic Suit, David Harbour As Red Guardian

It's been a long wait but we finally have the first poster for Black Widow. Amazingly, it reveals Natasha Romanoff's classic suit and gives us our first tiny glimpse at David Harbour as Red Guardian.

The poster was shared on Twitter by Marvel Studios visual development artist Andy Park, who admits that he was commissioned to work on the illustration that will be unveiled at D23 Expo 2019. Check it out below.

Now, that's more like it! Natasha's new suit actually looks like the original Black Widow costume in the comic books with the gold belt and cuffs. However, it isn't a full black suit but hey, we're not complaining. Nat looks amazing!

The poster also features Harbour's character Alexei Shostakov in his Red Guardian costume. We can only see his head and part of his chest but there is little doubt that the suit comes with a helmet and a large star across the chest. Behind him, there's an even smaller glimpse at Rachel Weisz's character Melina. On the other side, we see Yelena Belova while Taskmaster lurks above them.

People who attended D23 were able to get a glimpse of the full Red Guardian costume in the Black Widow footage. The sizzle reel actually featured Alexei joining Nat and Yelena as they fought their way through a few enemies. Needless to say, we can't wait to see Red Guardian in action next year.

Black Widow brings back Scarlett Johansson and will introduce Florence Pugh as Yelena. The film is scheduled for release on May 1, 2020.
