Marvel’s Avengers have infiltrated the lives of many with its slate of films over the past few years. For this reason, Jimmy Kimmel wanted to find out whether Americans have more knowledge on the Avengers or U.S presidents, just in time for the upcoming release of Captain America: Civil War, which will feature the biggest number of Avengers that we’ve seen so far on the big screen
On Wednesday, Kimmel featured a video on Jimmy Kimmel Live showing bystanders being asked to cite all the members of the Avengers they could think of and all the U.S. Presidents who have served the country.
The first two people who were asked did great jobs at citing out the Avengers they could think of, but as you would expect, they didn’t score much when it came to U.S. presidents. The second person interviewed even mentioned the cryptic president name, “Grover Washington.”
Some weren't good at answering either question. A couple of those interviewed even cited out DC heroes Batman and Robin. One also thought the Avengers were the Power Rangers, while hilariously adding an “Orange” Ranger.
While it would seem that nobody knows past U.S. presidents anymore, toward the end of the video is an impressive lady who listed more than a dozen president names, but in song form.
