The Devil returns from Hell for a fifth season this August, and he's acting a little... different.

The fourth season saw Chloe Decker tell Lucifer that she loved him before he goes back to Hell. Now, Netflix has released the trailer for the first half of Season 5, showing how she's desperately trying to move on with her life and is even rocking a brand new look. Chloe has been focusing on work too and handles her heartbreak by partying and hanging out with Maze, not until the Devil makes a surprise return.

Well, his evil twin brother Michael is. Michael holds a grudge against Lucifer and plans to confront him and ruin his brother's life on the mortal plane as his payback. As you can see in the trailer above, all Hell breaks loose with the addition of this shocking twist. He's not exactly trying to kill his brother Lucifer but will do all means to ruin his reputation by living his life.

Despite having the same appearance, Lucifer's twin brother, Michael, clearly has a different fashion sense and a slightly creepy accent; and he's certainly up to no good.

"I'm not gonna break Lucifer's life," Michael declares in the trailer. "I'm gonna take it."

Here's the official description for Lucifer Season 5A:

"In the stunning and satisfying fifth season of Lucifer, the stakes are higher than ever. Secrets will be revealed, beloved characters will die, and we'll finally get an answer to the question, "will they or won't they?"

The first half of Lucifer Season 5 arrives on Netflix this August 21st.
