There is little doubt that most actors want to look their best before working on a new project. However, it looks like John Boyega has other priorities. The Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker actor has just revealed how he's preparing for his new Netflix film.
Boyega took to Twitter to confirm he's getting ready for his new movie Rebel Ridge. However, it's not exactly what most people would expect. Take a look at his tweet below.
"Rebel Ridge training starting up soon and I'm still here like," Boyega wrote before adding a gif of a woman happily eating sweets.
We can't really blame Boyega for enjoying some treats before he gets serious with the possibly strict training for his new movie. Hopefully, we'll get more updates on the new project really soon.
Boyega is no stranger to strict preparations for action films. After all, he had to prepare for action sequences in all of the Star Wars sequel trilogy films. In addition to that, he worked on Pacific Rim: Uprising, which also had several fight scenes. Needless to say, we're pretty sure Boyega will be ready in time for Rebel Ridge.
But what are the chances that Boyega will soon return as Finn in yet another Star Wars film? For now, it is unclear if the character will continue to appear in the next movies of the beloved franchise. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
